New: WooCommerce Integration Now in Beta

TL;DR: DataVessel’s WooCommerce integration is now in beta at app.datavessel.io. Connect your WordPress store and ask questions about orders, products, customers, and sales in plain English. Get top sellers, revenue reports, and coupon data through conversation. Self-hosted WooCommerce stores supported—no third-party platform dependencies.

Following last week’s Shopify integration, we’re expanding e-commerce support: WooCommerce integration is now available in DataVessel as a public beta. If you’re running WooCommerce on WordPress, you can now connect your store and query your business data conversationally.

The integration is live at app.datavessel.io and ready for testing.

What You Can Do With the WooCommerce Integration

The integration connects to your WooCommerce REST API and lets you ask questions about your store in plain English.

Orders & Sales

  • “Show me all orders from this week”
  • “What’s my total revenue for January?”
  • “Get details for order #1847”
  • “How many orders are pending vs completed?”

Products & Inventory

  • “List all products in the Electronics category”
  • “What are my top selling products this month?”
  • “Show me product details for SKU-12345”
  • “Which products have low stock?”

Customer Data

  • “Show me customers who ordered last month”
  • “Get purchase history for customer #42”
  • “Who are my repeat customers?”

Reports & Analytics

  • “What’s my sales report for Q1?”
  • “Show me top sellers by revenue”
  • “Compare this month’s order totals to last month”

Coupons & Promotions

  • “List all active coupon codes”
  • “How many times was SUMMER20 used?”
  • “Show me expired coupons”

How to Connect Your Store

WooCommerce connection requires generating API credentials from your WordPress admin:

  1. In WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API
  2. Click Add Key and generate credentials with Read access
  3. Log in at app.datavessel.io
  4. Navigate to Data Sources and select WooCommerce
  5. Enter your store URL and API credentials
  6. Start asking questions

Your credentials are stored securely and only used to query your store’s REST API. You control access level when generating the key, and you can revoke it anytime from WordPress.

Why WooCommerce Users Need This

WooCommerce’s built-in analytics have improved, but getting answers still means navigating multiple admin screens. Want to know your top sellers by revenue for a specific date range? That’s several clicks and possibly a plugin. Want to cross-reference customer data with order history? More clicking.

With DataVessel, you ask the question directly:

“What are my top 10 products by revenue for the last 30 days, and which customers bought them?”

The answer comes back in seconds, formatted clearly, without navigating WordPress admin.

Beta Status

This is a beta release. Core functionality is stable, but we’re actively improving based on early user feedback:

  • What works today: Orders, products, customers, sales reports, top sellers, order totals, coupons
  • Coming soon: Write operations (update products, manage inventory), subscription support, multi-store management

If you encounter issues or have feature requests, let us know—beta feedback directly shapes our roadmap.

WooCommerce + Shopify: Full E-commerce Coverage

With both WooCommerce and Shopify integrations now available, DataVessel covers the two largest e-commerce platforms. Whether you’re on hosted Shopify or self-hosted WooCommerce, you can talk to your store data the same way.

Running stores on both platforms? Connect them both and ask cross-store questions from a single interface.

Try the Beta Today

The WooCommerce integration beta is available now for all DataVessel users. Connect your store and start asking questions about your orders, products, and customers in plain English.
