The datavessel Klaviyo integration is live. Your email and SMS marketing data — campaigns, flows, lists, segments, and profiles — now sits alongside your store, analytics, and ad platforms inside datavessel, with both read and write tools your agents can use. Ask what your last campaign earned, look up a customer, update a profile, or trigger a flow — from the app, the CLI, or Claude via MCP.
This is the same idea behind everything we build: connect the source once, then let agents reason and act across it. Reads flow freely; writes stay under your control. Here’s what shipped.
Read: ask your marketing anything
Ten read tools turn Klaviyo into a source you can query in plain language — no exports, no digging through the Klaviyo UI:
- Account — organization name, default sender, and account details.
- Campaigns & campaign reports — list campaigns newest-first with status and send time, and pull a full performance report: delivered, open rate, click rate, conversions, and revenue.
- Flows & flow reports — see your automations (live, draft, manual) and their performance the same way.
- Lists & segments — your opt-in audiences and dynamic segments, with profile counts.
- Metrics & time-series aggregates — list every event type with its source integration, and pull time-series aggregates for any metric (e.g. email-attributed Placed Order revenue over time).
- Profile lookup — find a profile by email: names, location, subscription state, and custom properties.
Because it’s all queryable by an agent, “how did last month’s campaigns perform, and which segment drove the most revenue?” becomes one question instead of an afternoon in three dashboards.
Write: act on what you find
The write tools let an agent do something about what it learns — each scoped and consent-aware:
- Subscribe a profile to a list with explicit marketing consent.
- Update a profile found by email — set custom properties (lifecycle stage, tags, whatever you track).
- Suppress a profile from all marketing sends — global suppression, honored everywhere.
- Fire a custom event for a profile — the trigger that kicks off a Klaviyo flow, so datavessel can start an automation based on anything it observes across your stack.
- Curate lists — add and remove profiles, and create a fresh list, so an agent can assemble exactly the audience it needs.
- Create a campaign draft — build a complete Klaviyo email campaign as a draft, audience and all, ready for you to review and send.
As with every datavessel write, consequential actions respect the approval gate: the agent proposes, you stay in command.
Build your own Klaviyo agent today
Every one of these tools is available to custom agents right now. Point an agent at your Klaviyo data and describe the job — a weekly performance recap, a lapsed-customer suppression sweep, a lifecycle-stage tagger that fires the right flow — and it runs across reads and writes to get it done. Same tools in the app, the datavessel CLI, and Claude via MCP.
Prebuilt: Win-back Autopilot
You don’t have to wire any of this yourself. Our first prebuilt Klaviyo agent — Win-back Autopilot, for both Shopify and WooCommerce stores — does the job you’d brief an email specialist for, with a specialist’s care.
It finds customers who genuinely lapsed from your real store order history — not an ESP-synced approximation — then verifies every contact’s marketing consent in Klaviyo. No profile, unsubscribed, or suppressed? Excluded and logged, never emailed. It respects a 60-day fatigue window across runs so it’s safe to run on a schedule, curates the survivors into a Klaviyo list, and delivers a ready-to-send win-back campaign draft — with the revenue at stake computed from actual purchases.
Then it stops. You review and press Send.
Available for Shopify + Klaviyo and WooCommerce + Klaviyo, with more prebuilt Klaviyo agents on the way.
